Discover the many possibilities and healing methods of coconut oil
You can put coconut oil on your skin, in your hair, as a massage, as care for baby’s bottom, for internal and external body healing, you can fry in coconut oil, use it for brushing teeth, as a natural sunscreen, etc. It is good for many purposes, coconut oil does not remain sticky and you can safely use it.
Good for the cleansing and recovery of underlying diseases and complaints.

Coconut oil has a natural disinfectant effect.
Coconut oil cleanses the body from within and kills bad bacteria or clears inflammation.
Swallow 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon per day for internal cleansing.
You can also do a heavy ‘detoxification cure’ of taking 3-4 tablespoons per day, but you have to have the courage and desire to do this.

Coconut oil cures tooth decay

Mouth rinse / oil pulling is a tool that improves your overall health, strengthens your immune system, fights infections, improves the absorption of nutrients and the composition of your blood and can thus prevent diseases.
Oil pulling gives you fresher breath, whiter teeth and healthy gums and offers you a solution for a large number of chronic diseases in combination with the internal treatment described above.
(Of course you will also have to eat and drink healthy to become and stay healthy, without a healthy eating and drinking pattern it is of no use).
A mouth rinse for 15 minutes twice a day. In the morning and in the evening before going to bed.
Rinse half a tablespoon of coconut oil vigorously through the mouth with force. (Also a good workout for your facial muscles) (spit out the coconut oil after mouthwash and do not swallow it because it is now contaminated with bacteria from your mouth)
If you suffer from tooth decay, rinse your mouth for 15 minutes 3 times a day. Preferably before the meal, but afterwards is also possible.
(p.s. do not spit the coconut oil down the sink, otherwise it will become clogged.)
Brushing teeth with coconut oil
Brushing teeth with coconut oil is very good for the teeth. Repairs tooth decay.
(Normal toothpaste is very unhealthy and in the long run very bad for your teeth, it causes your teeth to crumble and the teeth die, mainly due to fluoride) Regular toothpaste is very unhealthy.
Toothbrush with soft bristles, gentle on the gums, because it is very important that you brush softly to medium so that the gums do not recede.
If you brush your teeth too roughly with a toothbrush with very hard bristles, the gums will pull up and the teeth will be exposed to too much, opening the door to infections and inflammation.
What is also nice is that children can simply swallow the coconut oil while brushing their teeth because it is just food, which is not allowed with normal regular toothpaste and is then very dangerous.
It is useful to use a flashlight when brushing children’s teeth, so you can clearly see whether the tooth plaque is gone everywhere.
You can also place very small children on a soft rug on their back while brushing their teeth, so they lie very still and you can brush their teeth in a much more controlled manner than when they are standing and very active.
Brush 3 to 4 times a day after every meal so that the tooth plaque cannot build up. Do not skip this.
Be careful to brush sensitive areas of the gums more gently. If it hurts, maybe skip it until the gums have calmed down again.
If you want to whiten your teeth, brush occasionally with 100% natural teeth whitening from ‘activated organic charcoal’.
Wet your toothbrush and put a little of the black powder on a bowl and dip the toothbrush in it, then brush your teeth with it.
Do not brush for too long or too often with this charcoal, otherwise you will damage your gums. Once or twice a month is sufficient.
Good quality coconut oil is important.
Buy a good brand of coconut oil. A lot of brands have often been processed, deodorized, softened, heated at high temperatures, etc. And sometimes cheap brands are even made from moldy coconut.
We use an organic brand, extra virgin, or sometimes also coconut oil from Aman Prana, but it is 35% more expensive but very good quality.
Before you buy the jar, always look through the glass at the bottom of the jar to see if the coconut oil is bright white in color.
Only buy from a glass jar.
Coconut oil is good to take while with child (expecting a child) and also during breastfeeding because it contains an important component of breast milk, the medium chain fatty acids, especially lauric acid.
Lauric acid is the main saturated fat found in coconut oil. That is why it is good to take it while breastfeeding or to start taking it months before, for example, based on feeling, 1 small teaspoon per day is a good amount.
Coconut oil helps against thrush, put a little in the baby’s mouth and on the mother’s nipple several times a day if needed.
Coconut oil also helps against cracked nipples, put a little on it after every feeding if you have cracked nipples from breastfeeding.
Coconut oil helps wounds heal faster.
Organic coconut chips (coconut shavings) Coconut chips are pure sun-dried coconut flesh and a healthy snack.
Coconut oil is a natural sunscreen if you have already been in the sun enough.
Coconut oil is also a nice after-sun.
Cold, flu, or sore throat, etc.?
Take a small teaspoon of Coconut Oil in the morning, afternoon, evening and before going to bed.
If your throat is bothering you, use a mouthwash with coconut oil.
By mouthwashing with coconut oil you train your cheeks and mouth and thus reduce snoring.
Mini Fitness Trampoline
Very good to get your blood circulation going. This helps to clean up waste products in the body. (Good to take a tablespoon of coconut oil to clean up waste coming free in the body from jumping on the trampoline)
Jumping on a trampoline for a while every day is very healthy. About 5 minutes to 30 minutes of jumping depending on how fit you are, you can build up the duration of jumping slowly and you do not have to jump hard to achieve the desired result. Especially good for people who have body complaints, or are old and/or have little exercise. Also useful for women after childbirth to train the urinary bladder and back.
